Anyone use the 121 on a C1 camera. I don't have any boards yet so I'm considering a recessed board for the 121. Maybe a Deardorf board .

I have shot a 160mm on my C1 - I don't know why a 121 Super Angulon wouldn't work. Movements will be difficult.

If you want a homemade flat board, I've got a Linhof/Toyo/Wista style aluminum lensboard on mine that I can't use. I haven't moved it over to a Sinar board yet for use here.
Let me know if you want it.

I don't know if it helps, but I used that lens on a Toyo 810G on a flat board.
The lens just covered the format, so there wasn't much wiggle room, but a recessed board was not needed.

Hope your neck is 18" long and made of rubber. If so, you should do fine with that set-up :D:D

I spent a lot of time shooting 5x7 with a Nikkor SW-120 on my C-1. Ended up making a bag bellows and not using a recessed board as I was too impatient to find or make one. Had plenty of movement, but Jim is correct about the focus rail. Although it does make for a nice shelf to hold film holders.

hey is a C1 an 8x10 ? if so you need a image circle of 325mm right
a Super-Angulon 8/121mm image circle is only 288mm !!

Schneider specs are always conservative. The 121/8 just covers. Mine is a late version in copal shutter. I have heard some people say the early versions have a little less coverage.
