Hi everybody.

I just got my sinar norma 5x7 changing kit with normal and bag bellows. Now the bag bellows is quite stiff. What can I do to soften up the bag bellows? It's worst around the seams. Right now when I try to use it with my 90 super angulon I can only get a tiny amount of rise/fall out of it (it does tilts with no problems of course). It wont allow me to do any shifts or swings. It seems that the bellows is made out of some sort of fabric.

Does anybody have any idea what can remedy this problem?

Kind Regards

Can you be more precise about the kind of fabric it's made of?

Well it's kind of difficult to say. It looks a lot like this:

It feels like some kind of treated nylon or cloth material. The problem actually seems to be with the seams. On the inside of the bellows the seams are covered with another type of fabric, and it is this fabric that has gone stiff, this fabric is some kind of cloth material.
