I use Coda Cold Mount but coat the boards myself. I use mighty core board which is similar to gator but is smoother. The people I know that use gator say you need to sand it because it's not 100% smooth.
Gator board and mighty core are not archival but the coda adhesive is, Coda says the board becomes archival once coated with their product.
You will need a Coda press or a Daige brand press or similar to mount your large print. Even then it is a difficult process with a prety steep learning curve. Plan to destroy some board and prints.
I think Coda has a video on their web site that shows the process of mounting.
I love and at times hate the system, I use it for all my work from 11x14 to 48x72 in.

I use the Savage product, it seems to work well for me. For large prints i dont mount on a board. I use a 3m glue tape across the top and adhere to the top of a mat. The print hangs nice in the mat and looks good behind the glass in a frame. It looks loose, but my customers like that. I always mat my prints, frame or clear bag them for presentation.
