Has anyone processed Fuji Acros 4 x 5 in a Jobo CPA-2 using Max RS or Tmax developer? Generally I use TMaxRS 1:9 mixed from a stock solution comprised of part A+ Part B. Some call this the John Sexton formula. Anyway, I have times 100Tmax and Tri-X at this dilution at 75 degreees Fahrenheit.. The times Fuji lists in their various publications are not for rotary/jobo processors, and the tank/tray times for Tmax and tmax 1:4 are way too brief for Jobo.

So if anyone has a wise guess about where to start testing, I'd appreciate it. Bob Moulton

Bob,

Not a fan of T Max RS myself but I consulted the oracle who indicated the following for Across in T Max RS 1+9 @ 70ºF Constant Agitation:

ISO = 64

Normal Development = 05:10

Does this help? Probably a case of suck it and see.

Bob, I'm also not a fan of TMaxRS. Have you considered Rodinal?

I shoot it at 80 and process it in homemade BTZS tubes, 1:50 dilution at 20 degrees C, 10 minutes, continuous agitation.

I like the look of Acros with this setup; your mileage may differ.
