I bought the 120 Digitar lens mounted in a copal 0. I mounted it into a 110mm Arca Swiss board for use on an M-Mono and an M-Two camera. I seldom use it on the M2 but I have tried recently and realized the shutter/lens when mounted into the board is not sitting flat. There is a small screw on the back of the shutter, looks like a set screw that is keeping one side of the lens off the board.

Not being familiar with the workings of Copal shutters and not wanting to make things worse I am looking for links or ideas on what is going on with my lens and shutter.

What is the screw for? Are there any sites with details on the correct way to mount this lens into the board properly.

Thanks.

It's to prevent the shutter turning in the board. File a notch in the board.

Thank-you. Is there any problem in removing the screw?

Not at all. Filing the notch is the elegant solution, though.;)
