I know there has been a lot of discussion on this topic.
I have tried F64, some other photo backpack, didnt work very well for me.

Here is my criteria,
1, must have internal frame, good suspension.
2, must be light or medium weight (durable, but not necessary good padding)
3, of course wide enough for a 8X10 camera.

Here is what I want to put inside the bag

Chamonix 810 with 2 to 3 holders. 2 lens (2 out of the three, 300 sironarS, 210 sironarW or 150 SSXL) a meter, a loupe and a cable release.

I like the Kata UL-222 that I currently used for my 4X5 system, but it wont fit my 8X10 system.

Any suggestions?

photobackpacker seems to have received a lot of praise. I used an "internal frame" repositionable divider backpack a few years ago before settling on using a hard case for the camera, and just carrying it on the tripod over my shoulder, with my lens bag+2-3 8x10 holders in a Jansport backpack. Dirt cheap($5 for the backpack at the local thrift store), and it works extremely well. I don't care if it gets dirty, it was only $5, and I can toss it in the washing machine.

I can put a sandwich or some granola bars in the outside pocket, and a thermos of water or hot coffee/tea can go inside the backpack with the lens case+ film holder bag. I can walk the trails for 2-3hrs this way, and not even bat an eye :). I haven't hiked overnight with LF before though, just 35mm and MF.

My lens bag is one of these, I keep 3 lenses on Canham boards(adapter board is on camera, C1 or KMV), along with my spot meter, note pad/pen, and lee filter kit/rings inside it as well.

I have been happy with my Tamrac Expedition 8 but i would not say it is lightweight.
It does have space for your lenses and two to three filholders.
My normal set-up is Chamonix 810, 130mm Perigon, 159 Wollensak, 210 Dagor, 240 Dagor, 300 Dagor, 355 Dagor and 450 Fuji C. Call me crazy
Meter, loop and several filters mostly Cokin and a note book.
The two short lenses are in the front pocket where film holders could go but i cary film holders in another backpac that i hang in front.

I'm not sure if Mountainsmith is still in production, but the Odyssey pack might work for you, depending on your size- I'm 6'3" and it's a little short on me but tolerable.

The main compartment is a clamshell design about 13"w x 18"h x 6"d- that might be enough for your camera and lenses but you do have some large lenses. What I really like about it is it has a top-loading laptop compartment (same w x h size, 3"d) that's perfect for film holders- I'm able to fit 6-5x12 holders in it so you could probably get 4 8x10 holders in there. There is also another full sized pocket up front, half clamshell, that's good for filters, bag bellows, and other peripheral stuff. But filling that pocket up does encroach on the laptop/film holder side- the wall between those is only ballistic nylon.

The harness is decent, the straps and belts are at least wide enough that they don't cut in too much. I carry about 40 lb or so relatively comfortably with a wooden tripod lashed to one side. There are also some zippered pockets on the belt for small items- I can fit a 6x6 Franka folder into one side and some roll film in the other.

Short of customizing a real backpack, it's the best camera-ready pack I've come across.

If you do find a backpack that you prefer, you can get a backer board custom made to fit: http://www.photobackpacker.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Session_ID=8297b3a32b8e0ff920c764c888c9c765&Screen=PROD&Store_Code=RPT&Product_Code=CusBkrbd&Category_Code=RPT03

Have a look at a Samsonite pilot's briefcase. My 8x10 fits with film-holders, lens, compendium, cloth etc. in separate compartments. Neat and discreet.

I've been using an "over the shoulder boulder holder"GI surplus 5 gallon water cooler, about $20 and carries my 'dorff, a generous stack of film holders, focus cloth, meter, loupe, cable releases, two lenses on boards plus another one reversed aboard the camera, filter kit, lense cleaning kit, notebook----everything but the tripod,
