Polaroid 500 Holder

I am curious. Will the Polaroid 500 holder take the current Fuji 4X5 instant films?

NO, it's an old back for the old sheet film, the Fuji is a pack film.
Maybe you can try to use it with some modern sheet film but it needs to modified-
It is usless.

the Polaroid 550 is the one that you can use its the pack film back

The 550 can be used with 4x5 pack film Pola or Fuji FP100 45 (difficoult to find now), if you want shoot the easily available Fuji pack film you need the Polaroid 405 back.
