"line" in a film's title generally indicates high-contrast graphic-arts film for copying. Generally (but not always) ortho or blue-sensitive.

Yup. I'm pretty sure that's what it is. What the heck do I do with this???

If its ortho so you might try developing it in very weak paper developer by inspection under a red safelght.
