Varo Technical charges $50 for setup; then $9.50 per 50 sheet 8x10 box. The cut sheets are put back into the original boxes in the way they came. The un-notched part remains un-notched.

So along with round-trip shipping cost, the setup charge is the biggest cost (I am planning to send four 50-sheet boxes).

PM me if anyone wants to get some done at the same time so as to split the setup cost. I imagine it would make sense to send film to Varo separately and get charged separately.

I cut my own 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 ! and its not all that hard
to do Once you get a set up!
I use a Martin Yale 7000 E 12" stack paper Cutter
it has a clamp to hold it all in place!!and can cut 100
sheets at one time! I made a jig so I can put in my
25 sheet of 4x5 then clamp it down and cut it
The un-notched part I then put it in on a angle
and cut just a 1/16" off of the coner
and if your paying $50. each time the Price of the
cutter can pay for its silf after 6 or 8 times you use
it

The last few times I've had film cut by Varo have been a total nightmare. You might want to reconsider. Especially if you're planning on getting someone else in on the order. Investing in a Yale stack cutter is not a bad idea.
