Stock agencies do not act in unison!

You will have ask each agency you're with what their policy is.

If you're not currently in an agency, find ones that have a proven track record of selling images similar to the ones you make in digital file form and ask them.

The stock agencies that represent me all have wildly different rules on these matters and the only thing they have in common is that they keep raising the bar.

Most stock agencies require slides. That is the nature of the magazine printing trade.
