I'm hoping somebody might be experienced with disassembling the Toyo Field 45A/AII front standard. I bought an early 45A that has the front standard base plate broken in two. Its the plate that joins the two front standard supports. I am ready to order the part from MAC but haven't been successful in removing the 2 support arms that hold the lensboard from the base itself. If somebody can enlighten me on removing the supports from the base, I'll be on my way to using this camera shortly. I would also like to know what kind of adhesive is recommended for attaching the bellows frames to the body. The bellows on this camera have badly creased folds but look light tight. Thank you for any help you can provide.
