View Full Version : Can someone please explain Sinar catalog numbers?

I've seen Sinar numbers in two different formats, one is dd-dddd (d stands for digit), while the other is ddd.dd

Can somebody explain the differences? Is there a cross-reference?

I'm reluctant to buy dd-dddd items on the suspicion that they're older than the ddd.dd series and perhaps not compatible with my F2.

TIA

F2 age are dddd.dd type, but many, if not most Sinar bits are compatible either way down to Norma days.

Thank you, Sevo. I appreciate the info.

Is there any cross-reference between the old and new number series?

Thanks again.
