What's up???????

I recently tried to print a picture on my Epson 3800 and the print came out dark and way to contrasty what's up with that.If I make corrections the print on my computer screen is way off from what I'm getting out of the printer.I have NEVER had this problem before and I just used the printer a week ago and everything was fine.So what's up?

I was gonna say go calibrate your monitor, but since it was working not long ago most likely you adjusted the colour profiles of your image. If you dont have custom profiles go with adobe RGB for print work.

If everything was fine a week ago and you haven't made any changes and aren't doing anything different since then the first thing I'd do is run a nozzle check if you haven't already done so. It sounds like one of the printer heads may be clogged.

Sounds like you're double profiling.. that is profiling with both the printer and the operating system... do one or the other. I shut the one off in the printer and let Qimage in my case run the profile.
