Those missing images are due to copyright issues; its a shame because some a very critical to the arguments being advanced.

Hello Russ,

You must have worked hard on this. I finished my thesis for the degree of PhD at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague last year. Do you still have that compact disk (Wilkinson, Matthew and Colin Galnfield, A Lens Collector’s Vade Mecum; In Memory of Two Lens Collectors and Their Achievements)? Also: how can I get your workshop materials? Thanks.
