I have used the VC FB version. It is made by Foma. It is nice paper, a good value.

It would be a fine paper to learn on.

The RC Private Reserve is Adox MCP 310 (Glossy) and MCP 312 (Semi-matte/Pearl.) It's a very nice RC paper but not much cheaper than the Adox version.

Arista labelled paper is generally from some prominent manufacturer. Over the years Ilford, Forte, and Agfa have supplied papers under the Arista label. All good stuff(I still have a box of Arista labelled Ilford Galerie)

What are your preferences? Coated of fiber? Graded or MG/VC? Also important, which developer are you planning on using? Lots of people here have preferences they be happy to suggest.

The Arista EDU Ultra VC FB Glossy is a fine paper and is made by Foma. I use it a great deal and have shown many prints made with it. For the price, it is one of the best out there.

Cheap and a good paper. No problems here either!
