Walmart is offering a Sterilite brand, wheeled footlocker style case, for the in-store price of $16.98 USD.
Listed at a capacity of 92 US quarts, the measurements are 31.1"L, 17.5"W, 13.9"H.
The case is not weather sealed, and I wouldn't care to run the wheels over rough pavement for anymore then short distances, but at $17.00, these are a great value.
Just thought I would give anyone interested a heads-up.
