Serial number on a Kodak No. 33 Anastigmat lens.

The serial number on my No. 33 Kodak Anastigmat lens is EM33-443K (see image). Does the "Camerosity" dating apply to this lens?

That suggests 1943, which is quite possible. Perhaps "Anastigmats No.XX" were uncoated, and "Ektars" were coated lenses- by 1943 EK should have been coating some of their optics. Other people may know more, and there are plenty of exceptions in Kodak's nomenclature and serial numbering, but the earliest camerosity-code Kodak lens I've ever seen was from 1940 (it was labeled "Eastman Ektar").
