I have a couple boxes of Polapan 100 of sufficient age that that developer pods are dried up. Is there an alternative way of developing this stuff?
You could lay them flat in a dark, warm enclosed area for a day or two, that might help.
Or run your palm along the entire length of the film (on both sides) a few times, so as to try to spread the chemicals around.
There's no other way to process them, so failing that, just shoot 'em and see what you get.

They've been laying flat their entire life, which is about a decade or so now, in their unsealed box. I tried a couple and can get a corner or so properly developed, that's about all. The precious goo is gone.
Then I'm afraid you're outta luck.
If the goo is gone, and not merely hardened, they're unusable.
Your only hope now is to sell them to hipsters as "vintage" film. :)

By gone I do mean hardened. Wish I felt the same way about the Fuji equivalent.
Well, if they're hardened, find a gentle heat source, and rub the Polaroid; the idea is to loosen it up and spread it around a bit.
Good luck
