Hi all,

I am trying to figure out what is wrong with the aperture in my Graphex 127mm f/4.7 lens. I have got the lens dissected down to the internal gear housing, but from this point forward, I am not familiar with how to get to the aperture which appears to be on the opposite side of the gears. the problem appears to be that the ring which attaches to the aperture blades is somehow disconnected. I am hoping to fix this myself, as there are not a lot of people around that know how to fix these things.

Anyhow - any help or diagrams or instructions would be greatful, as I can't seem to find a lot of info.

Thanks guys ... and thank you for the diagrams! Wow. ... so basically I am going to have to take the entire shutter apart to get to the diaphragm. OK... this is a project. I better get some divided containers to keep all of the parts in order. I am completely capable of doing this ... it will be a neat exercise.
