[B]I just acquired a bunch of vintage lens and trying to get some information on them regarding history and what they are worth.
1) Voigtleander Dynar 10 inch f6 in a brass Wollensak shutter.
2) Cooke TT&H Anastigmat Series II 8.6 inch f4.5 brass barrel lens
3) Century Lens in a Century Camera shutter for a 43 5x7 View camera,

No value guessing from me - but you have probably arranged them in value order!

1. If it is engraved 10" then is it also engraved "American Voigtlaender" with a serial number around 60,000.
The Dynar was listed by the German company from 1905 - 1914. Post-war it became the basis of the new Heliar. This 10" is not a common lens and the listed German Dynars stop at focal length 18cm. I think it might cover 8x10".

2. Depends as to which of the series II this is. The normal series II is a very good lens but quite common.

3. Century didn't make lenses, I think. If the maximum aperture is F8, then it is a RR.
If there are double/treble scales on the F adjustment (very likely) then you need to post what these are. The chances of the shutter working OK are small.

Thanks, Steven: I looked again and it is marked: Voightlander Dynar U.S. Focus 10 in No.59888 No.5.
As far as the Century apatures they are marked 8,11,16,32,64,128....
