Is there a simple way to get a pure white background when mutiple images are compositioned onto a single sheet or when wants a pure white border? Here I have tried two separate ways to achieve the desired result without avail. I checked the flatten file and the back ground reads, 255,255,255. It should be white but its not...its is ever so slightly yellow. I can live with it but would rather not. So what am I missing...& yes the color management is off in the print driver. What is interesting to me is that when the "match print colors" box is checked the border looks grey. Either way the border prints very light yellow.

Greg,

Under 'Color Handling', try setting 'Rendering Intent' to Relative Colormetric and place a check in the Black Point Compensation.

I use an R2400 and print images with white boarders and I've not seen the yellow or grey issue.

I would say you are seeing the gloss optimizer- it tends to make the pure white paper darker- but I don't think it makes it yellow hmm. I believe there is a setting somewhere to turn off the gloss optimizer. Or you could fake out the printer and say you are printing on matte to test it.
