How to mount Majestic 3/8" Camera Screw

Hello, I got this as a replacement on a majestic 6x7 platform. It didn't come with intructions and I cant find any info on the internet. How do you separate the silver head piece from the screw head so I can install it between the platform? any information is greatly appreciated

You back the little grub screw off (down that small hole in the knurled edge) and this allows you to separate the two pieces.

got it from B and H. Its drop shipped straight from the company and it took about a week. you can try getting it directly from them
