I'm scanning 4x5 on a flextight and I had a couple that had some vignetting from my movements and also that I'm shooting with a super angulon XL 90mm. So there is some slight edge falloff.

Anyone have suggestions on what is the best way to get rid of it?

I first started out making a feathered mask and adjusting with curves but it was a little uneven. Then I opened the tif in camera raw and used the lens correction which seemed to work, but I'm just curious what other people are using.

PixelGenius' Photokit has dodge/burn tools with the option to choose all four corners, top corners, or bottom corners. Plus a lot of other options like 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 top, bottom, left, right, etc.

Might try using the gradation tool to create the mask you want.

There are many ways... The "best" way is to use a correction frame. Right after taking your shot, put a GG or other frosted surface in front of the lens, and take another shot. That image will basically be an exact map of the falloff.

Using the right software, you can use the correction frame to remove all vignette/falloff.
