From searching it seems the Cambo Legend 8x10 uses the same front standard as the 4x5 version....correct? Does this mean it uses the same lens board as well? Is it a 4x4 lens board?

Sorry to start a thread for this but I can't find that information anywhere! Thanks.

Additionally, the Cambo Master, although it looks different, matches as well - and uses the same type of rail.

While the Legend 4x5 Front standard will fit the 8x10 rail & most parts are the same It's NOT exactly the same

If you use the front standard from a 4x5 Legend w/ a 8x10 Legend rear standard. To zero out front 4x5 standard w/ 8x10 back standard you will have NO front rise left.

The vertical rods of the 4x5 front standard are much shorter Than the front standard vertical rods of the 8x10 front standard.

So the bottom line of what I'm saying is, it will work but you lose front rise.
