Sinar C Bellows question

Hi everyone,

I was recently gifted the most beautiful 5x4 Sinar C camera with a couple of lenses, all in great condition. Lucky me! :D The only issue is it came without bellows. I'm in the process of sourcing new ones now but I have a question about compatibility - I've read a few threads that mention Sinar and Horseman bellows are interchangeable, but my question is are all 5 x 4 Sinar bellows interchangeable across all models? So, if I'm looking for the C will bellows from a P or X fit also?

Sorry for the noob question and apologies if this exists in a thread elsewhere - I searched my little heart out and couldn't find it, but may just be inputting the wrong search query. :confused:

Yes, all Sinar 4x5 bellows are interchangeable, and Horseman bellows and lensboards will fit the Sinar.

Aren't the meter back and non meter back different in a given format, ie 8x10 i owned (non meter back) was different than the meter back bellows.

Is same true of 4x5???

I don't know about other sizes, but in the 4x5 format, the metering and non-metering backs will fit any Sinar camera, as will the bellows.
