The D4000 light seems to be a little bit off the axis (through the focus view) and I would like to perform a simple alignment. However the manual states that you need a special alignment tool (a lens sort) to do the adjustment, I found this rather ridiculous, but not 100% sure, since isn't alignment about letting the light circle be on the aperture wheel roughly the same axis? why would such an operation require a special tool?
