HCA and AZO/Amidol Workflow

Any thoughts about including any type of HCA step to a AZO/Amidol workflow? Anythoughts pros or cons?

What are your final wash times with or without?

Yeah, I do too pretty much.

However, I'm going to include a new step in my workflow (film & paper) which includes occassional testing for residual fixer. I was wondering what my options were for remediation.
