You didn't photo the key parts. Any inscriptions? Any slots?

It looks like one may be a Rapid Hemispherical( Rapid Rectilinear) Maybe missing the hood which would have had inscription of the above + the serial #.

That's all i have. It has a slot for waterhouse stop. I found it on a sale web.
Should i purchase it?

How much is it? I'd say it is definitely a Darlot Rapide Hemispherique lens missing the shade. If you can get the dimensions of the glass or something, you can look it up herehttp://www.antiquecameras.net/1890lenscatalogue.html

Hi.
It's looked like for the magic lantern lens.
Usually this kind of hood is used for magic lantern.

I agree this is likely the Darlot version of the RR with a non-original front flange but with late designed/cut factory waterhouse slot. These RR's (including no name types) are all very similar so if you can find out the equivalent focus (back focus plus a few inches) then you can work out the coverage from better described RRs like the Dallmeyer RR.

8.25" = 5x7", 11" = plate, 13" = 8x10", 16" = 10x12"
Landscape coverage - Portrait coverage is one size less, approximately.

Yep! looks like it's a Rapid Rectilinear ( Hemispherical).
