Collodion in San Francisco

Hello all,

I'm a wet plate collodion enthusiast living in San Francisco. Though my plates aren't large by some standards (I prefer to work with 2x3 cameras) I spend lots of time under a dark cloth.

Thought I'd sign up as I'm looking for some gear advice, and am always happy to share what I know about the wet plate process with others.

Hi Dave and welcome to the LF Forum. I assume you know about the folks who do wet plate stuff over at RayKo photo center. If you're not familiar with it, it's a pretty nifty space right under the ramps to the Bay Bridge, with lots of really cool work on display and tons of facilities and equipment for all kinds of photo work.

What kind of gear advice are you looking for?
