Are the negative carriers that are made for the Chromega D Dichroic II enlarger the same carriers as the omega D2 carriers? Thanks!

My D2 and DII both had pins projecting up from the negative stage to locate the negative carrier. My D5 has no such pins and instead has an oversize circular hole below the negative stage and uses newer carriers with an additional aluminum sheet feature on the bottom that fits into that hole,. The additional sheet feature keeps the carrier centered but allows you to swing the carrier from landscape to portrait or any intermediate orientation. My earlier carriers were missing those features. The carriers with the additional sheet features fit the D2 and DII as well and I thought that they were there to block light leaks. I found using carriers without the additional sheet features on the D5 was a bit of a challenge since there was no interface to keep the carrier centered in the light path.
