All the accessories together are probably worth over 1800$. There is a 135mm F3.5 Xenotar, Linhof Select 90/6.8 Angulon, Linhof Select 240mm Tele-Xenar, Universal finder, Linhof 6x9 back, original case, Linhof holders, filters... those are not cheap items!

But yes, it does look like a Tech III.

Thanks for the heads up. We have sent them the following:

The Master Technika is a current camera that has been on the market since September of 1972.
The Technika III was introduced in October of 1946 and was made until October of 1960.

"The camera you are selling is a Technika III. It is missing several features of the later model Technikas like forward lens tilt. It does not accept any of the later lens boards or accessories of the later Technika cameras, parts and accessories for the III have not been available from the factory for several decades.
You might want to correct your listing to reflect what you are actually offering for sale."

Those really old one are not worth much. The old Rollex backs need modifying to space properly with modern film.

eh When you see those you have to worry about the lenses being gummed up and hazy. That Xenotar is valuable but having had one... double eh, not worth the prices. The Tech III is a nice enough camera, but not worth too much.

Bid prices two days before the close of the auction don't mean much. Most of the action occurs in the last couple minutes, some like me don't even bid until the last five seconds.

But even $1,800 for a Tech III and three really old lenses plus the other old stuff doesn't strike me as a great bargain. You can buy a good Tech III for ballpark $700 so at $1,800 you'd be paying roughly $1,100 for everything else which is probably a little less than they'd go for separately if they're all in good shape but not by a whole lot. And you'd have to really want things like the universal finder and the 6x9 back, which not everyone does.
