The folks at Shooting the West have put together another great program in Winnemucca, Nevada March 9-13, with Christopher Burkett set as the keynote speaker.

For those who aren't familiar with the conference, it never fails to disappoint, and is one of the best values in photographic education out there.

Heck, if you're on the left coast, there's no excuse for not being there.

were you trying to say "it never disappoints"
or do you really mean it always (never fails) disappoints...

Glad you're paying attention! I obviously need some coffee.

So, like Frank says, "it never disappoints!"

Be there, aloha!

Thanks for the information, this looks like the best deal going for $125, especially if it never disappoints (ignore the wise guys, we knew what you meant : - )). I'm planning to attend.

Ok, folks

Dust off your boots, pack up the truck and go to Winnemucca. It is by far the best time you will ever have. A few years a go Al Weber drug be along. The first thing is you need to stay a Scott's Shady Court. A motor court left over from the 30s/40s. And if you like/or have never had Basque food you have found the right town. It is fun and down to earth. No fancy this and that. Just good people Mark, Stuart and Larry will show you the town.

On further checking I see that my "best deal going for $125" was a mistake. $125 is just the fee for attending the symposiums, the workshops, portfolio reviews, etc. are extra. Not saying it isn't still a good deal, just not the deal I thought it was at first.

unfortunate these dates coincide with SPE in Atlanta... would have been great to take part. Next time I hope.
