View Full Version : sironar-n 240mm vs 64mm lens board
I'm looking for a lens board to mount a sironar-n 240mm with copal 3 shutter. As far as I know the copal 3 shutter is 65mm. I have found a wista lens board on keh.com, but it is 64 mm. Do you think that would work? I am using a linhof adapter for toyo 45 cf.
That's the board I am mentioning:

The Copal #3 and also the Compur #3 needs a 65mm hole but the Copal #3s only 64.1mm.
For what lens do you need the lensboard? Because also the threads for the lens are different, M 58 x 0.75mm with the Copal/Compur #3 but 56 x 0.75mm with the Copal #3s.

That 64mm Wista lens board listed on the KEH website is for a Copal 3 shutter.
KEH probably measures lens board openings with a ruler. Anything in the 64-66mm range will fit a Copal 3 shutter.
