I've got an all black copal three shutter here with (pardon my lack of knowledge of part names here) "slipped disk". The disk has a hole in the center slightly larger than the maximum size of the iris at wide open. This disk seems to lay right next to the iris blades.
At wide open iris, it was plain to see the disk was misaligned. I have gently "re-aligned" this disk and now the shutter appears to operate normally.
Should I be concerned? I doubt the disk will move again unless it gets jarred, but is this normal or somewhat common for this to happen?
