For inkjet printing of course. I'm looking for a nice heavy 5x7 smooth to glossy sheet - but I want to avoid cracks, frays, curls, bends....

What have you had good luck with?

No BS.... mount two sheets of Enhanced Matt back to back with a gloss laminate on the picture side. Back to back mounting makes your card thick and helps to hold back the curl, the gloss laminate makes it bullet proof.

How do you mount them back to back - spray adhesive?

I set up multiple sets on a sheet and drymount with Seal tissue specific for inkjet papers and cut them on a paper cutter. As I am drymounting I am also applying the laminate. It's time consuming and not cheap but for limited runs it has satisfied my needs.
