Step-up rings / Singh Ray

I have moved from dslr to 6x9 view and am trying to reuse my 77mm Singh Ray Vari-ND. Does anybody know if it is simply a matter of getting step up rings for my rodenstock and schneider lenses or do I need some other adapter to get the two to come together.

A step up ring is sufficient, I am using step up rings to mount my 77mm Singh-Ray circular polarizer.
