Good evening all,

I acquired a Schneider Super Angulon 165mm lens that is in a unfamiliar shutter (to me) that is not 100% operaitonal.
The glass is in excellent cndition with no scratches, flakes, fog, etc.

the question is: Will I be able to switch this lens into a Copal 3 shutter?

Thanks in advance.

not sure if you can switch it.

what is wrong with the one you have? Frank Marshman fixed mine up perfectly.

There's a standard Compur shutter hidden underneath the styling. Any good repair shop can put it back into working condition.

That's a "Compur Special" shutter. A good repair shop can do your CLA.

I had the same lens/shutter combination CLA'ed a couple of years ago. as others have said any good repair technician can do the job, it's not specialised.
