I believe the widest would lens be a Hyperon f22-31 with 110-135 degrees coverage.

a 3" hyperon 135 degrees with star filter to balance out exposure

The version which loses 25 degrees but does away with star filter. I guess it's not needed with the modest 110 degrees.

I believe this is a 4 1/2 " with of 110 degrees

BTW good luck as you will need a big pile of cash in most cases. Bummer:(

I have a Sinar Norma 121mm F8 Schneider Super Angulon, and when forward focused a bit, will just illuminate an 8x10 plate without cutoff. At infinity focus, it dosen't make it.

The super angulon 90xl stopped all the way down just scratches the edges of 810 with no movements. In the right situation it can be very dramatic.

That's a Zeiss Doppel-Amatar. The construction is sometimes called "reverse Dagor", meaning each cell has a positive lens between two negative lenses - rather like the Schneider Angulon.

The Amatar is a sweet lens, one of my favourites. But that one won't cover 8x10".

For many years I used a Nikkor 120 SW f8. It's been wonderful, my workhorse for architectural work. It covers 810 thourh in practice there are no movements available. That hasn't stopped me making wonderful, profitable photos with it. You cut your coat according to your cloth and this cloth has served me well.
Good luck

My widest lens for 8x10 is a Berthiot Perigraphe 120. It's a tiny lens, two cemented triplets. Mine is coated. At f:14, it's not the brightest lens for focussing, but it provides an inch of movement in each direction on my 8x10 stopped down. Mine is still in the original barrel with wheel stops, but at least one person has had one mounted in a shutter, so it is possible.
