Quick question this morning. What is the shutter speed range for a Wollensak Raptar 10" lens?

Thanks to all for any answers.

If the telephoto, usually in a rapax shutter 1 - 1/400; the triple convertible rapax 1 - 1/200 or in an alphax shutter (IIRC 1 - 1/100).
The series II and IV only came as a 9 1/2 " lens. Process 10" lens dunno [think this was also just off 10" too 10.25?].
Peruse http://www.cameraeccentric.com/html/info/ for many cattledogs of good info.

Brian, I'm not sure its safe to assume that the 10"/5.6 TeleRaptar's shutter will go to 1/400. I used to have one whose top speed was 1/200. The one sure thing about Rochester lens and shutter manufacturers is that nothing is quite certain.

Fair point!

My 10" Raptar f4.5 is in an Alphax #4 1 - 1/50th of a second. A very sharp, smooth lens.

The 10 inch telephoto Wollensak's were in their No. 3 shutter with a 1/200th top speed.
