View Full Version : Lens caps
Searching for front and rear caps for my :-
Schneider Kreuznach Symmar-S 135 mm f 5.6.
Anyone know where I can get them. Any type that would fit.
Thank you.
Schneider still make them in a large range of sizes. Robert White can certainly get hold of them.

If you're in the U.S. you can get them directly from Schneider USA. Google on Schneider Optics for contact information. I don't know about other countries.

Here's a page-full of them at a famous NYC store:

I like real “Schneider” caps, but if you have to go w/ an off-market brand, Glazer’s in Seattle has a drawer full of new Kaiser caps, whose German quality I appreciate. Most of them are about $8 each + mailing. (Keep in mind that most push-on caps are 2mm larger than the threads they’re meant to cover.)

I've not used them yet, but I keep them bookmarked in case I need them.
