Did B+W buy (any part of) Schneider?

I was looking for a loupe to use on LCD screen at B&H, and noticed that the Schneider loupes are pictured under both B+W and Schneider. Wasn't sure whether this was jsut a mistake.

Doesn't Schneider manufacture the B&W products?
