As you can see their is slight damage on it. So could anybody give me an estimate price range for these things, just so i know the value of this thing as a family member may have stupidly given me it for free :p

thankyou

Check on e**y with the search word Apo Ronar and find the size which is nearest yours. This is a very big one which would not have been used for ordinary photography. There are a lot available because of the revolution in copying/printing. The iris system is set up for this special use too. The value is only a fraction of what it was once.

It isn't a lens that's mainstream, so valuing it isn't straight forward. It was immensely expensive in 1968 or 72 when some graphic arts printing business bought it. Now, it isn't really a lens most folks are looking for. It takes a truly gigantic camera to use it.

The folks in asia are enamored with truly gigantic cameras just now, so if you put it on ebay make sure you check the box that you'll ship world wide. Also mention that it can cover a 20X24 plate at infinity focus. Stick it on for .99 cents and no reserve, and in 7 days you'll know exactly what it's worth.
