I just spoke with Louise Kessler at the former Voltarc (manufacturer of Aristo cold light products). They are going to do a run of D2-HI bulbs with the V54 phosphor, this is the one that fits the Beseler and Omega 4x5 enlargers. The high-output bulb is the least common denominator in that it'll work with both high-output and standard (with very slightly reduced life, a few percent) ballasts.
