Tiffin contrast filters

Hi, does anyone know about this kind of filters? I wonder if it can replace N minus development? Thanks Kit

The low contrast and ultra contrast filters lighten shadows by adding flare. The effect is similar to pre-exposure. No it cannot replace N- development.
