Does anyone have a lens shade solution for an 8x10 Deardorff with a 150 Nikkor SW?
Thanks for your help.

Thanks Len.
I was considering adapting a Cambo compendium. I had not considered a metal solution. Good idea.
Thanks for your help.

Luther,
I did not want to damage or permanently change the Dorff, so I went with something that I could slip on and off. I then allows the camera to be folded up as usual.
The critical part is the slip on bracket, after that it becomes a matter of what you want to mount and how it mounts.
I think it is a reasonable solution, but not perfect, but then all designs are compromises...
Certainly provides ideas for alternate solutions, other than the mounting of the hood directly onto the lensboard or onto the lens.
Regards,
Len
