Will the "Goerz Gold Dot Dagor 8 1/4 inch" cover 11x14?

No, will do 8x10 with little movement though.

CP, what is the "smallest" wide angle lens (without CF) that will cover 11x14. I have no desire to buy another SS 210XL IF POSSIBLE. Thanks much!

Other than a Hypergon, you may want to try a 210mm Angulon.

210mm Computar will also cover 11X14, but just barely.

I'll second the choice of the 210 Angulon, the F6.8 older style. This is especially true if you want to have the 'dagor' look, you'll be best off using F32 or less for the good corners. If you are after a more neutral image quality then the more modern Computar/G-Claron designs will be the better lens.

***-Though you'll have to use a slightly longer focal length than 210mm.
