I have e-mail and called JOBO in Canton Michigan but have not heard back from anyone. Has anyone been able to get in touch with them?

I believe that "Omega Satter" is the current distributor, when I talked with JOBO USA...

Omega Satter currently has responsibility for support of Jobo analog products.

Anyway Jobo folks should fend for themselves since the German parent company is no more. What's left in stock is astronomically priced. I'm glad I got my stuff when it was comparatively cheap.

In around 2001 Omega Satter- now Omega Brandess, took over the analog side of distribution of Jobo parts. If you have need of something PM me or contact me at gblank@omegabrandess.com

In general It is always less expensive for users to buy from dealers, we try to encourage that but most people want to buy direct.
