Searching online for something else, I came across this...

I recommend the write-up to anyone thinking of modding a land camera, since it has detailed images of the deconstruction (in this case for an instant back).

I imagine the mod for film back would be very similar, just a matter of spacing the back correctly (and at the proper distance from the point of focus).

Lots of free and useful information about conversions and all things Polaroid related.

When doing any packfilm conversion, its best to modify a camera with an adjustable infinity stop. Then all you must do is reset it once you have attached the film back to the camera. Tweaking the finder for perfect focus is just 2 screws and patience.
