Linhof 001716 Coupling Package For Technikardan 45 75-165mm Lenses

Hi All :)
I'm not clear on this product listed at B&H. Since the Technikardan is not a rangefinder, does this "coupling package" include a ranger finder for the range of listed focal lengths? If not, what is the thing exactly? Has anyone had experience with it or does anyone know how it works on the TK? Many thanks!:)

001716 is the fee for coupling a new lens to the Master Technika including curve, end stop etc.
