Polaroid 8x10 revival?

The Impossible Project is considering an effort to bring back 8x10 instant film. Looks like they're serious, those are the 8x10 manufacturing machines in the photo.

Seriously, I loved playing with 4x5 polaroid back in college, but never tried 8x10 and that's one of my photographic regrets (along with not trying Type 55). I would SO love to work with it now, presuming I don't have to buy from a limited pool of outdated materials of course.
